Friendly people, but they are not well trained. My family ended getting help from the manager since the girl that was helping us was not really helping us that well (for every question she would go back to talk to him which did not bother us because we wanted accurate information). Also, one employee (also female) was getting comfortable with us too fast the first time around. Okay, insurance broker. I do recommend it if you speak to the manager.
