professional branch with great service. Both pick up and return was fluid and hassle free. Took less than 10 minutes to process, conduct a look over, finalize paperwork and driving out of the parking lot. Return was even easier and even scored a ride to my hotel. Renting a car here could not be easier! Not only did Enterprise have the best price, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the exact car promised. Also, the Enterprise Van at LAX seems to come around more than often than other rental company vans. Returning the car took a total of 2 minutes. Great service, great cars!

my wife and I flew into lax very late at night wondering if we can get a rental car, we went outside to wait for the shuttle to take us to enterprise car rental.the customer service was excellent even that late at night. the car ran excellent with good gas mileage. we then returned the car. the check in was fast and our return shuttle was an even better ride to lax,our driver kraig porter was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. he made it a great ending to week long vacation.we will continue to use enterprise for all our rental needs and will refer them to all our family and friends especially in the military all around the u.s. thank you again.. al and trish reyes from ohio

Rented a car over the weekend while in Los Angeles. Everyone from the shuttle driver to the counter people where very courteous, helpful, and friendly. All aspects of this rental were excellent, local management obviously has instilled great customer service here. Thank you.

I travel to California from Georgia on a regular basis every month or so and so far I have been pleased with the service at enterprise, however this trip, I went to book my reservation and the price was 3x more than I normally paid.. and their competitors price was still at the same amount I had paid before, so needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere.

the car i had reserved wasnt available however i was quickly upgraded at no cost. service was quick and fairly efficient. the car could have been a bit cleaner but not bad. staff was friendly and helpful.
