I am very disappointed with the inspection and the inspection reports. I appreciate for immediate service.

I requested a home buyers inspection. I specifically asked for the thermal imaging of the exterior walls as I suspected that there was some insulation lacking. I picked this company as their website makes a big deal of providing this service.
The inspector arrived and inspected the property. He said he found no real issues just some problems with the rafters. He said that the insulation in the walls was ok.
When I received the report I noticed that there was a lack of thermal images as I had requested. I contacted the inspector and he said that he doesn't take photos when there is no issue. I requested evidence that there was no issue. He later added some images which he had taken but not the full exterior wall which I requested.
After the inspection I notice some roof damage. I checked and saw that I had some rotten wood at the front of the house. This was not noticed by the inspector. I was clearly visible from ground level.
Also, I have a large crack in my garage floor which has worked its way to the kitchen, again nothing in the report.
I do not believe the inspection was worth $399. Now I have to get another inspection to investigate the large crack and wood damage. And I will rent a thermal camera from Home Depot, which is what I should of done in the first place.
This service is very basic and definitely not worth the money.

I had a mold inspection at my home from all the heavy rains lately. We couldn't find a leak anywhere but we knew there had to be one because our bedroom began to smell very bad. The 2nd day after the smell I began getting itchy skin and I knew something was wrong. So I went online and found home front inspect from their good reviews on yelp. I spoke with Anthony at the office he took the time to listen to what I was experience and he recommended that we have our home tested for mold. The inspector came out 2 days ago and yesterday we got the results which came back with high levels of mold. Omg we are just glad we got someone to come out here asap or who knows what toxic mold we'd be dealing with. We've gone and hired servpro which is coming out on Monday. Meanwhile we are staying at a friends home. I am happy we hired home front inspect. The fees were competitive to other places we called. The report is a bit confusing since everything is in laboratory terms but when I spoke to Anthony he was able to easily explain.

Heard about home front inspect through my sister who had used them before. We are 1st time home buyers and my wife and I called a couple places even though my sister recommended them. At the end of the day we chose home front because Anthony at the office made me feel comfortable and any question I asked he would respond very confident which made me feel confident. John came out the next day on time, actually he was 30 minutes early. John took his time and performed the home inspection within 1.5 hours. The home was a bit under 1,500 square feet.
