Vibrant care is crooked and should be reported for insurance fraud. I went in for my first therapy session. my friend asked how long the session would be. we were told 45min to 1hr. my session started with a few general questions. the therapist asked me to demonstrate a couple of things. I was given a handout of exercises for my shoulder and the therapist demonstrated the exercises on himself and not me! my session was complete at this point. I then asked for wrist exercises because this was the purpose of my therapy -- wrist therapy. after hesitating the therapist said he would make copies of handouts. I approached the front desk and discovered that my session was only 20minutes. I complained and was told that this was an evaluation session .. I said no this was for therapy and I am not paying for a full session. right about this time the therapist handed me pages of wrist exercises and at the front desk demonstrated them on himself.because of my complaint they sent me to the back of the room for a paraffin waxhere is what they billed to my insurance company for a 20 minute sessionpatient evaluation - $116self care management training $108therapeutic activities - $51paraffin wax $20NMGRT (?) $24.52TOTAL $319.52!!! for a 20 minutes session!!!!
