He was quick, very friendly, and was very knowledgeable. I have to say that Mike found something that has been plaguing our air conditioning unit since day one. It was losing coolant. They had put dye in to find before and could not find it. He found that one of the valves on our copper tubing had a slow leak. He tightened it and then had to add over 2 lbs. of coolant. It was a slow leak, so we did not notice until it got very warm--that was when the unit became very inefficient. Thanks to Mike it was all taken care of . Five stars for Mike, but four for the rest who did not find it.

David S., Service Pro, was in charge of replacing/installation of our central air conditioning unit and related system. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Care was taken to protect our floors, with drop cloth and shoe covers. He explained what was being done and operation of new unit. We were satisfied with David's work.

Tom did an A-1 job in all respects: immediately responsive and available, courteous, supremely professional and skilled/knowledgeable in his craft, and instilled complete trust and confidence in his ability to solve our service needs. I would recommend his service to anybody. He completely saved the day for us when we were caught off-guard with a surprise AC equipment breakdown in our home just as another spike in heat was on the rise in our end. I was also very happy with the prompt and caring response of Gallagher's after-hours answering service and their dispatch person who went out of her way to make sure we got a technician ASAP to meet our semi-crisis needs. 100% satisfaction with Tom R. and Gallagher's . . . as always.
