I just had the absolute WORST service I have ever had from fast food. I the closing employee was rude. I was at the inrercom for only 2 minutes and he asked if I was ready yet. I so no I am not. Couple of more minutes pass and I say OK I am ready now. I get nothing. I wait a minute and still nothing. I proceed with my order and still hear nothing. Wait a couple of minutes he tells me my total and that's it. I pull up to the window and he takes my card and gets my drinks together. I hands me back my cars I proceed to place it back in my wallet. He huffs and closes the window as i reach for my drink. He takes about 6 or 7 minutes to come back over with my food. Hands that to me with an attitude then closes the window and walks off. Couple of minutes later he returns to the window to hand me my drinks that have been sitting there this whole time. I ask him to please not close the window in my face aagain. He closes it without giving my drinks and gets his manager. The manager comes over with an attitude hands me my drinks. I ask for the FM name and number. He rattles it off and tries to close the window. I said no I want it written down please. Thank you. He does so and shoves it out the window. I get home both drinks are wrong, both burgers are wrong and I received no reciept. It was too late to return to the restaurant because it was after closing time. What angers me is I will speak to the manager on duty or gm tomorrow and they may give me a gift card or whatever and that little rude dude will still have his job. People like that do not need customer service positions. I've worked fast food in the kitchen, drive thru and front cash. I have several years experience dealing with the public. Even at my worst I would never treat a customer like that. I knew without them I wouldn't have a job.
