This location was nice. The whole process was simple. Dropped my dress off in the morning. It was ready for pick up on time. My dress was nice and clean, when I picked it up. Will be a returning customer.

Honestly this is the worst dry cleaner I've ever been to. I don't see how they're in business. They give you a day and time to pick up your clothes but don't live up to what they tell you. Then they make excuses as to why it's not there. I was told to pick up my clothes on Monday after 6pm. When I went in on Tuesday morning to pick up the clothes, the lady was not only late opening up the store, but proceeded to tell me my stuff wasn't in yet. She said she would call the delivery person and call me to tell me when it would be there. Did she call me? Take a guess. I then call and was told clothes would be in at 3:30. Well, do you think they were in when I just got there at 4pm? Ha! No!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not deserve to be in business for themselves!

I will never go back to MAJ. I had them clean a silk top and when I went to pick it up there were a couple of snags in the front and it looked like it had been run through a mill. I was upset and didn't notice the stain had not been removed. When I went back to pick it up after it had been pressed again, I noticed the stain was still on the front. When I pointed it out to the girl behind the counter she argued that I had for it to be pressed again and did not mention the stain. I told her that when I took it to be cleaned I had expected them to remove the stain. She was rude and tried to blame me for not having pointed out the stain. They had also shrunk a couple of my sweaters.

I DROPPED OFF SEVERAL ITEMS ON DECEMBER 22, 07 TO GET CLEANED $47.50 WORTH. IPICKED MY ITEMS UP ON JAN 5, 2008. JANUARY 12, 2008 I WENT TO PUT ON ONE THE SWEATERS THAT WERE CLEANED AND THE SWEATER WAS TOO LITTLE NOW! I CONTACT MAJ, I WAS TOLD IF I DID NOT HAVE WHITE RECEIPT THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE PLASTIC BAG THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD OR WOULD DO TO REIMBURSE ME FOR MY SWEATER. I HAVE MY DECEMBER BANK STATEMENT THAT PROVES MAJ TOOK $47.50 OUT OF MY ACCT ON DECEMBER 24, 2007. "I WANT JUSTICE"
