I have been going to Comfort Dental in Loveland since 2007. And sadly I have been there many times for many procedures. I know that a great dentist who cares and helps to make your visit as stress free and as affordable as possible is hard to find but Dr Tran is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I experience major stress and anxiety at the dentist, since I was mistreated by a dentist when I was a young boy, but even tho I am grown, its still stressful to get shots, but Dr Tran always does a great job at keeping me calm. And with the great group of people that assist him. I will always see and recommend Dr Tran as long as I need dental work...

I have been to this dental office on two separate occasions, once for a crown and once for a cleaning. Both were unpleasant experiences. They have a lot of small technicalities. For instance the dentist chooses the type of service you recieve and will choose the more expensive option. The experience was like buying a used car, not really knowing what your getting until you get the bill. They end up being just as exspensive as other dentists. I have four crowns and the one I recieved at comfort dental was the most painful. The temporary crown hurt constantly for two weeks. When I called with a question regarding the billing, the dentist yelled at me and attacted my character, very unprofessional. Use them with a great deal of caution.

I had an abcessed tooth and no insurance. I reluctantly went to this office due to the $19 new patient offer. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised. The dentist I saw Dr. Tran was very nice and listened to my situation. I have many other dental problems and just extracting the tooth was not my best option (had been told that by another dentist as well). They worked with me and I was able to qualify for the credit payment plan so that I could get the root canal/crown I needed. I have been to 2 appts for a 2 stage root canal and was most impressed by the fact that after both appts, the dentist himself called my home to see how I was doing and check on any pain/problems. I go back iin a few weeks for the seating of the crown and he said he is going to do a full set of x-rays to see what is going on (at no charge to me) and try to help me get a treatment plan together so I can start taking care of some of the issues. I can't speak for any of the others but this dr is great!

They only had 1 good dentist there and she left. We have had many major problems with the remaining dentists and would not recommend these dentists to anyone.
