Customer service is horrible, selection is poor, and everybody in the store seems terrified to answer any sort of question. Every time I visit this store, it is more disappointing and frustrating than the last. You would think with a Bass Pro Shop opening across the street in the near future, this store would be interesting in keeping loyal customers. Save your energy and go elsewhere. If you are looking for a good deal, I would wait for their going-out-of-business sale (that, with their horrible business practices, is really inevitable) when they have lost all of their customers to the bigger box store.
