A Practice in Energy Healing

My energy healing practice provides a professional, alternative and complementary therapy option for people who prefer to take a holistic approach to their health and wellness. Our personal energies are delicately balanced and we quickly become sick or feel "not quite right" when our energy flows are disturbed or blocked. I work directly with the body's energy systems to activate the body's natural healing abilities which helps restore vital energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance. In addition, by teaching the client how to move, balance, enhance, and restore their body's energies, I can help them dicover the "doctor within." We can improve our overall well-being through a holistic approach in addressing our life's problems --- starting with what's inside of ourselves. · Our goals are to: accelerate your body's self-healing abilities, increase your energy, optimize your vitality, improve your sleep, enhance your inner peace, and awaken the "Doctor Within."
