After I had a several-day long allergic reaction yo an unknown allergen, I was referred to Allergy Partners by my physician. Allergy Partners could only schedule me for an appointment two months after my first reaction. Prior to my appointment, I had several calls from their office for contact information, reminders, etc. and their office staff were impolite with each interaction. When I arrived for my long-awaited appointment in time to fill out any last-minute papers, their staff informed me that they ran my insurance card the day before and it was out-of-date. Instead of calling me to obtain my new information, they waited to tell me this at my appointment. I called to have a copy of my new insurance card faxed to the office right away. However, after I sat back down, the receptionist cancelled my appointment and stated that since it was 10 minutes after my appointment time, the doctor could no longer see me. She said that I could reschedule when I had my new insurance card, but I chose not to reschedule because I did not want to wait another 2 months to be seen!
