THINK TWICE BEFORE U CHOOSE BUTLER TOYOTA!!!!!!!! I purchased a Toyota 4Runner. I was suppose to get a trade in on it but BRANDON LEE messed up the paperwork on the trade in. I Just payed the $1000 because I felt sorry for him I thought he just wasn't very smart. He also told me it had been months since he made a sale. I left the car I was suppose to trade in because BRANDON LEE said to not worry and take your time, so I did. I called up there to find out it was towed, not to mention it was towed to a1 salvage which sells used cars and scraps cars. Clearly my car was sold illegal with the title still in my possession. This has to be some sort of scam BUTLER TOYOTA has come up with to DOUBLE DIP!!!!!!!

I had a bad taste in my mouth after talking to the online guy that calls. I was able to go to lot and Virginia Milliken made my visit worth it, she knew I was looking all over and got me best price any where all I can say if you are going to deal with any one deal with Virginia Milliken she is awesome she will be straight with you.

I bought a 2012 Corolla from them based on information given by Tue sales manager and they were lies. He said that if my car had to be put in the shop they would give me a loaner vehicle until mine beta fixed but Toyota don't do that. I also asked for all of their warranties and he did not make sure I had a road hazard warranty and now I'm stuck without a tire when I had a blowout. On top of that I had windshield wiped fluid before going to get my car serviced, but afterwards there was none and they put on the paperwork that all fluids were topped off. The service rep stated that it may be a leak but how when it was working fine before the oil change? I would not recommend any go get a Toyota from there because they don't stick to their words. I should have just waited and went and got a Honda because I know they are straight up with you.
