PoleFIT Revolution is a FIT & FLY studio that focuses on pole & aerial training with a fitness/gymnastics approach while still emphasis the art of dance and movement. We offer a variety of weekly classes to suit all fitness levels from PoleFIT Essentials to PoleTRICKS and AerialYOGA to AerialCIRQUE. We even have great conditioning and specialty classes like VbarreFIT, T&A FIT, BellyFIT & MORE! Our trained instructors care about your safety and proper progression to help you see the best results and success in your journey. We provide a fun and welcoming environment with an extremely supportive community...PFR is sure to become your number ONE social circle. You will see amazing changes in your physique and confidence that you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner! We offer private instruction for those that want specific attention including those that are competition bound. We have a premier studio with 11 poles and 7 aerial hammocks with an impressive space for Private Group Parties/Classes. We are your hot spot for Bachelorette, Birthday and any Girl's Night out occasion.
