- Family PracticeDr. Louttit was born in 1946 in West Palm Beach and moved to Orlando six months later. He went to Winter Park Elementary, Episcopal High School in Alexandria Virginia, and graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in Biology in 1968. In 1969 he married Jane Hube from Farmington, Connecticut, after six months of Medical School. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. His residency in Family Medicine was completed at the University of South Florida’s program at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach. Dr. Louttit moved back to Orlando in 1975 after his residency and went into practice with his family doctor, Ben M. Cole MD, on Columbia Avenue in Orlando. In 1976 he moved to Maitland and started Maitland Family Practice. He and Jane have a daughter, Lisa, who is in graduate school at CalArts in California and a son, Jay, who is teaching middle school outside of Atlanta. They have two grandchildren William and Lucy.
- GynecologyMrs. Serafine was born in Buffalo, NY, but grew up in Key West, Fl. Her Family relocated to the Central Florida area in 1986. Beginning her nursing career in 1999, her experience spans over seventeen years in the areas of hospice case management, hospital medical telemetry, emergency nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, and medical technology clinical integration.
- ObstetricsMrs. Sams was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Beginning her nursing career in 2005, her experience expands over fourteen years in the areas of emergency nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, and nursing education. She completed her A.S. degree in nursing at Valencia in Orlando and continued to earn her BSN from University of Phoenix in 2010. In 2019, she graduated from Chamberlain University with her Family Nurse Practioner Degree. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined Maitland Family Practice in 2019. She and her husband Phillip have a beautiful daughter named Emma Grace.
