0A local establishment that usually has a long line on the weekends but you get seated fairly quickly. Ask for a seat outside if it is a real nice sunny day. The waffles are average, the pancakes and eggs are remarkably average and I would not usually wait more than 15 minutes. They do offer REAL maple syrup for 1.00 extra charge
