When my Husband and I were visiting Manhattan, Kansas we were fortunate to be able to stay at the Stone House at Prairie Wood, and may I say WOW!! So hard to write a review when you are absolutely speechless due to complete amazement. However, also extremely easy since there are so many exceptional things to point out. I am writing this review because the thought of anyone missing out on this place because they were not sure just kills me.

Even before your stay begins you are already at ease and comfort from just dealing with the staff. You are made to and will feel right at home. They are so very nice and accommodating to your needs.

Driving up to the Stone House is were the magic starts to happen. You feel like you have left Kansas and entered another beautiful Country. Landscaping is beautiful so many areas to enjoy and walk around. I could have planned a day just sitting outside having a picnic.

Now the inside, my eyes couldn't stop gazing around for the next two nights. It was so clean and well put together. No clutter and equipped with everything that you may need for your stay. The details from beds, floor, ceilings, walls, decor, furniture was so beautiful and soothing. I was already planning my next stay there and maybe talk a family member into getting married there!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here or plan an event here or at Prairie Wood which I also got to have a tour of but you will regret if you don't.
