      They tried charging me 200 dollars extra for a broken themostat! Little did they know Im on the smart program with PG&E and they installed my themostat so I called them out to my house and they said everything worked perfect and nothing was plugged in and PG&E plugged it all in and had it working in a matter of minutes. THEY WERE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF! On top of that they used my latter in the house to get in the roof and they took my latter! I didnt notice for a couple days and finally called and the receptionist *which was very rude anytime I talked to her* said they had it and would return it... I asked when because I have school and she said "I dont know" and said she couldnt figure it out when for me either so I had to tell her to have them put it over my fence if I wasnt home. If I could only go back in time they definately would not have gotten my $3,600 business.
