Wedding Day Diamonds was my last stop shop for my wife's ring! They had the best prices and a wider selection compared to the competitors. I was helped by a friendly woman who showed me everything I needed to know about diamonds (which I had no prior knowledge of) and helped me pick the perfect ring. My wife couldn't be any happier! Definitely recommend this place!

The Wedding day store staff there in suburb of Saint Paul (Maplewood) Mn assisted my status of single guy to engaged. Honestly, I am not knowledgeable about jewelry products so I was walking in blind and clutching my wallet HAHA! I wanted a ring and diamond without big city hassle.To my relief, the employees were happy to have my business but more importantly I wasn't feeling like I was bait to them. Its a little store and I happened to like that. Well, Lacey was my sales gal and a diamond-doll who taught me things about diamonds I never knew. And the company's warranty seems to best the rest. In response to your rebuttal of my initial review I have this to say. The United States Stamping Act of 1906, US Code, Title 15, Chapter 8, Section 294 prohibited false stamping of gold as of June 13 1907. Your response to my accurate and objective review of your business suggests that both pieces of gold I brought you were made and stamped prior to June 13, 1907 or were in violation of the law. You are expecting me to believe that by mere chance I happened to have two pieces of jewelry which were either made before 1907 or were forged with false stamps. Furthermore, you suggest that the Gold Guys are incompetent and cannot accurately assess the purity of the gold they buy since they found it to be 14K and paid me over double your initial offer.



I understand the need to maximize profits and seek the best deal possible for yourself but to do it dishonestly then try to cover it up with a lie is reprehensible. Furthermore, it is an insult to your customers. The next time I come in I hope to be treated like a valued customer not some sucker to be fleeced. Please be honest with your customers from now on and do not attempt to patronize them with deceptive responses to their objective reviews.

My experience with WDD was excellent. I had a custom ring made for my fiance and the sales person I worked with was professional and timely. She made accommodations to fit my schedule and even brought the ring to a closer store. She made the rather anxiety provoing situation much easier and I will definitely be buying our wedding bands at WDD! Steven

I had a wonderful experience at WDD. Mike was the gentlemen that helped me through the process, and what a process it was. I was there 4 different times as I was trying to decide on one of the most important decisions a man ever makes. I had it narrowed down to three different rings at three different stores. Mike is the one who won me over. The Maple Grove store did not have the exact diamond size that I was looking for so he called a couple other WDD stores and located a couple that he had brought over to the Maple Grove store in about 4 hours. When I came back to see them I found the perfect one. There was no point in the process where I felt pressure or did I feel that I was an inconvenience to him or the store. After I selected the ring and stone I needed to have it put together in 2 days before I left town for the proposal. He meet all my needs and made me feel like a valued customer. The last thing he said to me as I left the store was for me to stop in after the proposal to let him know how everything went. Now this is something thatmany sales staff might say, but it was the first time that I ever felt like he really meant it. It was great doing business at WDD and I will be coming back for many anniversaries to come.

My financee and I went into Wedding Day Diamonds months ago to look at rings and pick through diamonds. We couldn't have been more taken back by the service we received.
