DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR!! They are a bunch of rip offs. They charged me for front/rear brakes and when the brakes went out a few months later they claimed they've never worked on my car before. When I provided proof of payment from Wells Fargo, they then said that the place has been sold and they don't warranty the old owners work.

They also charged me $400 for a replacement oil pan for an "oil leak" and when I took my car to Ford, for continuous problems they tell me that the oil pan on the car is the original and has never been changed.

They're not honest. They tell you one thing and then tell you another. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and go elsewhere. They're a bunch of crooks.

Raphael has always given me a good, fair price for work. He has always gotten to my vehicle quickly and works on my car and my sister's car. Best deal for brakes!

My husband worked there for a few days. After calculating his weekly set pay (and overtime) he wasn't even getting minumum wage. They made him work about 50 hours a week. Wouldn't let him leave for lunch, no music allowed because the owners wife didn't like it. No phone calls at all during the day. They tried to let him go because he was 2 minutes late for work. None of the mechanics have been there for more than a few weeks. Horrible place to work!

I had just paid $1000 worth of work on my truck fixing the entire steering system. All I needed is to get an alignment. I went in at noon and was told I needed to leave it there overnight bc they couldn't get to me today. A 30 minute process they couldnt do...hmm. I left it bc it was so much cheaper there than anywhere. Well I now know why. I came back the next morning and it was not done. I was greeted by the rudest front desk lady (I use that term very loosely). I then spoke with Rafael and he said I needed another part fixed in order to get an alignment. Again, I had just gotten the whole steering system replaced so I knew this was false. I then drove home and on my way I noticed my a/c was completely broken. It was hissing and blowing hot air. This is odd considering it has never had issues before. I took it back and was greeted again by that same ray of sunshine (sarcasm). I told her what happened and before I could get the whole sentence out she cut me off and got extremely defensive and started yelling at me. I then asked Rafael and he got a little defensive.



I don't believe my A/C was already broken. It worked perfectly and the second I dropped off my truck it is broken. I do believe they ruined it and the lady got so ugly that I got rude back and she then threatened to call the police on me. I walked out and she then followed me outside telling me to get out and cursing at me. I was leaving and she was psycho. I have never been treated like this by my worst enemy let alone the owner of a business. Do not use this place. They are sick!! I am shocked there aren't more negative reviews. I just can't believe they are still open.
