One of GMAC insured vehicles ran in to us. Admitted fault at scene and convinced us all would be handled in an acceptable manner, no need to call police--here it is 4 weeks past the accident and now they are only willing to partial pay as they have turned the incident in to a 50% because their client has changed the actual story for the third time. Though pictures a and evidence prove the story their inhuman manner with threats they'll defend their client till the end. More than any person should have to experience. WIth the added inconvenience of being without a car for this period of time and no end to the entire ordeal in the near future.
