Referral-Consult With ViTel Net's Referral-Consult solution, patients in rural and medically underserved areas can receive timely and convenient diagnosis and treatment from remote healthcare providers. Our solution enables both referring and consulting sites to enter patient information quickly and easily and to obtain a patient’s physiological data and images and "forward" them for later review or transmit them in real time to a specialist for evaluation. Our Multi-Specialty Referral-Consult mobile cart, desktop, web enabled, or portable case configuration provides a simple clinical solution, which can easily be expanded and integrated to enable true enterprise-wide capabilities. Medical Specialties ViTel Net’s specialty Referral-Consult modules are designed to meet the needs of a variety of different specialties. Pre-defined fields expedite the documentation of relevant clinical information based on the evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for that specialty. Available specialties and specialized forms can be tailored easily and rapidly to meet the needs and preferences of each health care organization. Cloud-Based Medical Imaging ViTel Net’s Cloud-Based Medical Imaging solution manages DICOM and non-DICOM image studies that are viewed and interpreted by medical specialties such as cardiology, radiology, dermatology, wound care, and ophthalmology. ViTel Net’s solution provides a portal that allows authorized users anywhere in the world to easily upload images, related documents, and other information from a variety of imaging sources, such as an echocardiology imaging device, a PACS archive, a local computer or network drive, or CD/DVD. ViTel Net’s solution provides a robust set of viewing capabilities for medical images, including general image manipulation tools as well as annotation and measurement functions. Clinicians can create reports and associated them with the image studies. Reports can be printed or securely exchanged with patients and other health care providers. Mobile / Home Monitoring ViTel Net's mobile monitoring solution allows healthcare providers to track the health status of patients with chronic conditions or following discharge from acute care episodes. The patient's biometric data and self-entered information is collected and securely sent to the clinician, so adverse changes can be detected quickly and appropriate action taken to reverse them and prevent any further deterioration. The mobile health monitoring system supports patient health assessment messaging, education and biometric data obtained from commercial standard-based physiological measurement devices. Data is transferred over a secure server using existing mobile telecommunications or Internet infrastructure. This solution benefits both clinicians and patients. Clinicians can use ViTel Net’s Case Manager web-based solution to monitor incoming patient data, review patient information, evaluate question responses, and receive alerts if patient data is outside the monitoring range. Patients can review their healthcare data as well, enabling them to take a proactive role in managing their health. Virtual Visit Patients need only a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam that has an Internet connection to interact with their clinician. Patients create or are given an account on the Virtual Visit patient portal and then are able to access the portal to reach their healthcare provider.
