I have been going there for a couple of years. Hadn’t paid attention to prices. But today it caught my attention as they changed me 29.95 for an air filter in addition to 99.95 for oil change on my truck. The 29.95 air filter was the last draw. When I told them, they didn’t care. They said most people don’t mind as air filter is once a year. I do care for over charging. I won’t be going back.

Do not go to this establishment. They are rude, horrible people. They destroyed my MIL's car after a simple brake fluid change and almost destroyed mine after a simple oil change. I had been going to them for service for the last 2.5 years. About a year ago, they said that my oil pan was stripped and the wrong size plug was put in there. So somewhere in the first 1.5 years they stripped it. They would not admit that however. After my last oil change there, there was a good bit of leakage. I brought it back and was told it was over fill. It continued to steadily leak until I had no oil left in my engine. When I brought the issue back to them they were rude, dismissive, and horrible to me. Do not go there unless you want problem after problem. I can't rate them lower but if I could I would give them a 0 out of 5.

I went in on Monday because my a.c. was not working. They said it needed freeon. They charged me $60. By Wednesday it stopped cooling. I went back on Friday and explained I had been there a couple days earlier. They worked on my truck then they left it alone and worked in other cars.After 2 hours an employee was signaling to the cashier from the sidedoor. Another employee called me outside to let me know there was a valve that was not put on. I again explained I had just been there a couple days earlier. He proceeded to let me know they were monitering my truck and there was no leaks so he had reset it and added feeon again. He just said so many things just to let me know he was again charging me $60. Again I mentioned I had just been there. He offered me a discount I paid $45. I was double charged for thier mistake. This is so unprofessional and had business. I will never go back. I've been there a few times before and had another bad a experience with a tire that punctured and I went back they fixed it and 3 days later it has a call on it. I though it was a manufacturer's defect but they said n o. I had only had them one year and a month so I had to buy a new tire from them a regular price. I should of known better but I have them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

Place is good only for oil change. Mechanic is not good to fix a car and in fact can make it worse. Place is very expensive.

Just trying to get a State Inspection. I have been there more than this time. Each time they have very few customers but the wate is always 2 hours. The guy who said he was just rude. I will never go back.

I received an oil change at Kings fast lube. The employees overtightened the oil cap which in turn stripped the threading on my oil pan. I discovered the damage several months later when recieving an oil change at a different location. Kings fast lube acknowledged they were responsible for the damage but refused to pay because "I didn't call them first, upon discovering the damage." I explained that I no longer live in the area and that my car would have to be towed hundreds of miles to their shop to be fixed. I had my oil pan replaced and oil cap. The total cost was $260.00. Kings fast lube takes pride in the labor warranty they have, but refuses to keep their promise on the warranty. Very dissapointed in customer service. Would not recommend family or friends.

Great oil change place and they do all types of mechanic work. If my car needs something, I'm headed to King's!

I went in to get an oil change on my car. They had quick and friendly service. My car was ready in now time! They offer a courtesy check for all cars and have a great lounge area. I usually dread waiting around quick lube lobbies but not at King's. They even have wifi! Can't wait to go back!

This place is a bit on the expensive side, but they guarentee all of their work! They have free wifi and free coffee. They're fast and efficent. Well worth it!

Fast service, good free wi-fi, but no incentives to go back. Change my syntetic oil twice with them but ended going to walmart the third time since it was less expensive.
