Fraud Fraud Fraud! Went in for Botox because Botox was cheaper than elsewhere. Biggest mistake of my life! I went in to get 16 units in the glabella area which I would normally get with my dermatologist. After the injection 3 days passed and I did not see results, which was weird cause with my dermatologist I would see results in 3 days. 5 days passed still no results, so I called the office and they told me I had to wait 10 days so that they can evaluate me. 10 days still no results, I called and spoke with Isabel and she said for me to go in so that they can inject more. So then I went the next day at 5:30 pm, walked into the office and no one would come out to attend me. I called Isabel and she said she was around the corner almost getting to the office. I was waiting for a while until she finally got there and I questioned to why I did not get results and all she says "idk maybe you reacted to it differently" she injected me 9 more units supposedly, long story short 10 days passed, no results called again and asked for a refund and Isabel says they will not give me a refund, that they had already injected me twice and they don't know why I did not get results. I lost money and I will be reporting this unprofessional fraud business! Will definitely just go back to my dermatologist Norma Magee. Please beware do not go here!

From the very first time I walked into Nobu Medical Spa, the staff has been very attentive and very knowledgeable!! I wouldn't trust anyone BUT Isabel with my Botox and fillers. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem with these lovely and caring ladies! Best place in the RGV!

This is my experience and my personal opinion ! Please do your self the favor and go else where . 2 months ago I went in to Nobu Medical Spa to consult for my liposuction, i was giving about 5 minutes the Nurse Isabel Lopez was alone and didn't take her time explaining anything to me .. it took me 2 years to build up the courage to finally have work done to only be ignored . She persisted how I needed to pay at least 1000 to set a date if not I'd had to wait a long time because of the alleged demand (salesperson tactic , should have known better ) I paid her and 2 months later guess what I still don't have a date.Isabel has been giving me the run around , I demanded my money from her and when she called me she said to go to m that they'd give me my refund . So there I go , and the dr Annabel Lopez refuses to see me , I speak to office manager and she tells me that Dr is busy ( I had an appt at 9am) . I felt so humiliated , the dr was in the hallway and she refused to see me . This is what happens with business now a days that are money hungry , they take your money and disregard the patient afterwards . I am so disappointed at how these woman have treated me . I have looked up the business they are not accredited to perform surgical procedures in their establishment . I couldn't find Isabel Lopez RN license , and Dr Annabelle Lopez is an OBGYN dr not a cosmetic Dr . In my opinion This place is a scam!!!!! And they are deceiving clients ! They don't explain paperwork , and if you don't read between fine lines their is an arbitration form ... so if anything goes wrong you can't sue them . Annabelle Lopez, MD is a Annabelle Lopez, MD is a practicing OBGYN (Obstetrician & Gynecologist) Rude service ! Don't recommend , check health grades and RealSelf other people have complained.And if you complain they text you to threaten you that they will sue it . Smh why do reviews exist then !
