I recommend Woodforest training their employees how to smile and be cordial to their customers. The male employees are always friendly, but the females (including the manager) act like they have no personalities at all. Is a greeting or a "thank you" too much to ask for?

It has been my experience that banking in general can be UN pleasant at times and down right frustrating. I've seen some reviews that I feel, the experiences were a little "inflated/embellished", in a negative way.My experience has been a good one, and I've been there almost 2 years and have had the opportunity to see how they handle their business and how they respond to issues either their responsibility or not, whether they were in error or someone else. They are about the solution, what do we do from here? How can I help you now, moving forward?That's what I need in a bank. I need that attitude, not the red tape, nobody knows anything, sorry I can't help you, that I've gotten from my previous banks that carry a loud large presence in the banking world, but that's about all they carry. Tyler at the Redbud location in McKinney has always gone above and beyond his duty or reliability to the customer, but that's the kind of guy he is. He's about finding a solution for his clients. This is the 20th century people. We must come on board, have a little more patience, a little more tolerance today amongst ourselves, whether in business or private or social environments, it's not preferred, it's required, change is required if we intend on taking any participation in where we as people are going. Nothing stays the same and survives/succeeds, including business. I'm pretty sure I know who the"gum smacker" was that was mentioned in another review, and I'm pretty sure that it was not her intent to be offensive. It's quite shallow actually that the service that WAS provided really wasn't relevant to the reviewer and that they chose to focus on something so critically irrelevant. I expect to be with Woodforest for many more years to come and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a financial institution that is quick to resolve any problems, offers the greatest baking hours, offers all the bells and whistles and ultimately has far exceeded my expectations and meet all my banking needs.
