"We care about every house we build" I call bull droppings! Building our first house was put in the hands of Liberty Homes and boy did we mess up! After about two years the house started to show major problems. I feel like I live in Abraham Lincolns boy hood cabin, the floor squeak soooooo loud. Nails popping all over the place, drywall seems pulling apart. Just bad. Built houses not close to the square footage and exterior add ons we have, I have lost $20,000 in equity in just two years. I hope I can pull out of this mess with out any personal damage! They just don't care about you the owner, only out to put cash in their pocket. Never use Liberty Homes to build your house! You will regret it!

Shotty workman ship let the worker defaecate in the woods next to house where children are playing. letting trash blow all over the place onto other people lots and yards. construction just barley passing code the type of house construction you saw 50years ago. Warning

we bought a new liberty home in 2006. Paid over 200000.00 and it was the worse mistake we did.. It started with the all the nail pops in the wall.. and im not talking about your normal nail pops these are many in each wall. than the dishwasher went out the first year.. the water heater is getting ready to go out and its only 4 years old... the front porch rails are rottening.. and over the laundry room the ceiling is leaking.. we called them on that and there is nothing they can do its out of warrenty.. warrenty the house is only 4 years old... the roof should not leak at all...... and the water tank is another story.. yea.. let me tell you they put the cheapiest of the the chep in.. no wonder its going bad.. everybody ive called says state is the worst.. oh and not to mention the 2 times ive had to have someone out for the heat pump.. come on build a better house put things into your house to make it last atleast 10 yrs...I would never buy a liberty home again...homeowner..
