      Mrs Austin completed my bankruptcy for me. She is very professional and to the point. She will keep you on track and address your concerns. If you want to have someone to cry on there shoulder go to a counselor. If you want a person to handle your bankruptcy. Here is your person. This is a business.

      I looked at the other review when seeking an attorney, but thought it felt a little like sour grapes. I figured the first consultation was free so what the heck, give Penny a try. I am soooo glad I did!She is nothing like that annonymous person suggests: she was pleasant, compassionate, very knowledgable and supremely helpful in figuring out what I could do and how to go about doing it.Three months later I am an official client and still happy as can be with Penny as my BK Attorney!!!Trayce GeddesRogue River
