This place used to be the best nail salon in medina!!!! But then Tom stopped working and his wife is the running the salon.... she is dreadful and has run the salon into the ground. Her 2 best girls (Katie and Robin) left and now I will never go back.

Loved it! great staff and service! Katie did a beautiful job on my pedicure so I went back and had her do my nails:) Highly recommend them!!!!

Just wanted to give props to Holly! She did a excellent job on my nails. I had been going to a different salon and was fed up with the way I was treated & the less than acceptable results. Loved this salon! Like many have said, it was so pleasant to understand the staff and hold conversations in English! My nails look GREAT and it was less $ than I had been paying.

I LOVE Robin and Katie!!!! Robin is amazing at animal print and girly stuff!! Katie dose some awasome crazy stuff!!! STAY AWAY from Holly!!! She complaines about her coworkers and is very immature!!!!!

Love this place! My nails look awesome and they did exactly what I wanted. I was in and out with no wait. I would recommend this salon for nails! :)

Love love love Maxx Nails!!! I love that American girls are working there and I love how they all do my nails!!! The only girl I have a problem with is Holly. Is is still young and immature. She just talks about the drama in her life and I'm to old and don't care about her high school problems.

Been going to maxx nails since october of last year and found my nail girl, ashley has girls who actually talked to you and to me at least felt like she cared. she did such great work on my acrylics, never had a chip break or pop off and her designs were AHHmazinnn!!! I'm not sure who to turn to in the salon, I miss her!

Not to stereotype, but most salons you go into the people working there are of other cultures and speak another language which is sometimes quite annoying let alone difficult to communicate what you want. MAXX NAILS is the BOMB!!! Tom and Jenny are AWESOME and so is there entire staff of whom ALL SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! I had both a mani and pedi done and am very happy with both!! My last pedicure (salon to remain unnamed) was a HORRIBLE experience!! My feet were left in the foot soak so long that when they started to work on my feet they were so shriveled up and in between my toes had split from being so wet that when they applied the alcohol to them I went through the ceiling from the burn of the alcohol in the cracked skin!!! MAXX NAILS takes GREAT CARE and PRIDE in their work and if you are not happy, tell them, they are all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and will do what they can to make you a Happy, Returning Customer!!! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! MAXX NAILS #1!!!!

a great salon! i thought it was really cool that they had some american girls in there... really unusual but really sweet to see a diverse salon. not too much of those around. everyone was awesome the girls are really sweet and really bend over backwards to see that you're taken care of. totally recommendable.

I love Maxx Nails!!!! I have been going to them for over 8 years. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. I'm so sick of paople complaining about there polish chipping. Spoiler alert popish chip.

The first time I went I think one of the owners did a gel mani and they looked great.... they chiped really fast but I went it and she fixed them no questions. The second time I went in my mani looked like a 10 yr old did them. They were all different lenghts... the polish was darker on some nails then others... and the ends of my nails weren't even smooth (they were all ridgty. They polish AGAIN chiped first day AND they charged me more then they did the first time. The owner just spoke up and said 35 for her when the first time it was 30. I will never return nor reccomend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love Tom & Jenny, however, in 3 weeks, my mother, my daughter and myself all went there. First time, I got a full set & new Pedicure, with the rocks and my mom got the same pedicure and a color change. 1 week later, the eve of Christmas Eve, the 3 of us went, all to get a color change. My daughters nails were chipped off before our Christmas Eve party, as were my toes paint and my mothers. Went back the following Monday, and paid to have a polish change after telling them about how unhappy we were with the "new staff" and my mother had a fill. I am so upset after 3 years, I am looking for a new salon in Medina. Anyone know of a good one? other than Maxx? I hate to go but am not going to keep going and paying for polish changes to have the polish not stay on my toes.

As for performing manicures and acrylics, great work. My last pedicure there, not so much. The soak, wash, and buff were nice, but the paint chipped before the day was over! I was used to ones where they lasted at least three weeks without chipping.

They do and awesome job!! In my opinion they are the best nail place ever!!!! Maybe a lil pricey but you get what you pay for... and they might not be the cheapest in town but.. they do a terrific job!!
