You cannot reach live humans at either office at any time, no sense of urgency for very sick patients, medication refills or any other service from this group. Horrible communication and follow up from them. Forced to use due to elderly patients insurance but would highly recommend a more concerned staff than these people!

The doctors are great but the staff is awful. I would recommend looking into another clinic. For example, my daughter has been going to this clinic for a year and within this year I have needed paper work for her school filled out twice. I could not get ahold of anybody that could help and left numerous messages with nobody returning my call. It is ridiculous. If you want a helpful clinic.... look elsewhere.
