- Kitchen RemodelingThis two-phase project brought over 140 new loft-style apartments to downtown Memphis. Both phases have three stories and include secure entry for residents, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and either stained concrete or hardwood flooring.
- Bathroom Remodeling
- Flooring16,500 square-foot renovation and expansion for a new chapter room and living spaces at the Tri-Delta Sorority House at the University of Mississippi. The interior renovations consist of remodeling the existing bathrooms, living spaces and common spaces to accommodate the expanded room capacity. New interior finishes feature luxury vinyl plank flooring, ceramic tile, custom millwork, and quartz countertops.

- DemolitionCourt Annex 2 (CA2) was the third phase of the Court Square Center development. This project consisted of the demolition of an existing structure that was destroyed by fire and the new construction of a five-story building to house 16 apartment units on floors two through five and retail space on the bottom level. CA2 is LEED® Gold certified.
- DrivewaysThe Collegiate Hotel is a 40 guest-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Auburn University. The new hotel was renovated from the existing 3 level Whittel Dormitory. Construction includes a complete interior renovation of the entire building as well as the addition of a 4th Level and roof top terrace that overlooks campus. Durning construction, the owner renovated the existing 2 story house next door. The site work includes a new 40 space parking lot, retaining walls and main entry stamped concrete driveway.

- Window Installation/ReplacementAlong what was once “Auto Row”— a strip of Memphis that was home to several car dealerships and maintenance shops dating back to the 1920s—the former home of Cherokee Motors has been turned into the new home of the Edge Motor Museum. This involved the patch and repair of the glazed exterior tile, new storefront glass windows and doors, lighting, new roll-down door and a new parking lot.
- MasonryThese four three-story buildings in Southwind Office Center include high-end interior finishes: polished stone floors, mahogany paneled walls while the exterior is comprised of Masonry-brick and reflective glass. Montgomery Martin has completed over half a million square feet of corporate commercial office space in Southwind.
