I bought a homeowner's policy with this company in 2009. In 2010, I saw a charge for $319 on my credit card statement. When I inquired, what happened is that this company, Mc Graw Insurance, had re-charged for a renewal on the policy. In fact, I did not own this property any longer. No renewal notice had been sent to me and when I called I was informed that they would not refund my money unless I notified them in writing with a copy of the closing statement for the property. All this, although I had not received a notice from them and I had not given permission to re-charge to my credit card. In addition, they would not cancel by phone although they opened the policy by phone and took the credit card info by phone.



My advice: Don't buy insurance here!
