My friend and I chose Nail Pro based on the fact that it was in Southington and was open until 9:30 on a Friday night. First of all, the yellow pages listing is incorrect, Nail Pro is at the Meriden mall. Once we actually got to the salon, we had to choose from skimpy color selections. Then our pedicures were not done properly. Our toenails were not trimmed and they barely used the pumice stone to clean up our feet. They were not using any sanitary procedures which was really disgusting and were reusing the tools over and over. Finally, when my friend didn't give as good of a tip as the attendant would have liked he did not even thank us. I would NEVER go back there again, even if they were giving out free pedicures.
