I called Jim on the recommendation of my neighbor, who used him in the past. He came and quoted the job quickly and scheduled it within a few weeks. The job was done quickly and the ending result was beautiful. Family Roofing completes the job as quoted, with a very polite and professional staff. The entire process, from quote to final pick up of the dumpster, was great. I would use Family Roofing again and highly recommended them.

Had Family completely re-roof my house and add a ridge vent. According to the town, they did not install the ridge vent to code and also, water continues to enter my house where the chimney meets the roof line. After an inspection by Family, they refuse to admit to their mistakes and will not repair their work.
