General Info: Harry Salinas, M.D., is a Miami Cancer Institute plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in breast reconstructive surgery. He is an experienced clinical educator, serving as a clinical fellow of surgery and an anatomy instructor at Harvard Medical School and as an anatomy and physiology teaching assistant at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
