Excellent place to shop.. great customer service, products, and reliable shipping
0BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Not one phone number on their site or other sites are working numbers. I have yet to be able to get in touch with ANYONE! One of the owners, Alexander Calzadilla, is also under investigation for several fraud complaints AND identity theft around the death of their founder over 2 weeks ago by the BBB, State of Florida, and local authorities. Replies to complaints on several websites are "there are EXCELLENT reviews" everywhere including the BBB. Calzadilla lists several sites FROM THEIR WEBSITE to reference so I looked it up. Half of these review links on their website are dead links. Its funny because there are complaints only on BBB... 9 + to be exact and not 1 positive. A firm shouldnt use the BBB as a reference if they aren’t even accredited. Per BBB site, "This Business is not BBB Accredited." It's very obvious that they are creating fake names for reviews and posting on others behalf as well. Please beware of doing any sort of business with these con artists.

I purchased a hard to find Steuben piece from this site in January. My card was charged immediately but after many many emails back and forth, I never received the piece nor did I get a refund. I tried emailing and working with the company but ultimately I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I thought I had done my homework on this site and it seemed legitimate. I guess I was wrong. Think twice before buying from this site.
What a coincidence that out of 17 reviews only you and one other are negative. I have worked endlessly with many customers many of which have reviewed my company with high praise. (Please refer to Yahoo, merchant circle, yellow pages, yellow book, citisearch, google, and manta for references.) All have ended with perfect customer satisfaction and great service.

BE VERY AWARE of this business. I ordered items in December 2011 and was immediately charged for $1,800. But to date, I have not received merchandise or a refund. After a series of mysterious emails, all communication has stopped and no on answers the phone or responds to emails. I have involved the Better Business Bureau to investigate so that I might be refunded. This has been an awful experience.
Please just go and see for yourself what great products they have and the level of customer service is beyond expectation. They go out of your way to make you feel good, at ease, and the quality of their products is unmatched. I now buy all my home products at Avant-Garde and If its not on the website I simply call Alex, ask him, and he up to now has always made it happen. Great guys, service, products.. What else do you need...
This business is excellent, everything about it functions and operates the way a business should. They deliver on time, always follow up, and make sure you are satisfied. I was so impressed I have now bought four times from them, electronics and home decor stuff which is not only cheaper then everywhere else but is actually a pleasure to buy from this group of people. This business is great. They have a very reliable sales team with very timely and efficient shipping and their products are above and beyond expectation. I purchased a living room set and some electronics and I got a fantastic leather sectional (retail 3500.00) for under 2,000.00 and its great quality and amazing. I also bought a Lenovo Lab top and its also fantastic. I am now in the process of getting one of their Defuro Kitchens and they do exactly as promised. They have given me for FREE their designer services for every room I have purchased. Just that is worth over 3,000 in consulting fees. 100% great store
Its the most fantastic place with the best customer service. I purchased a HTC cell phone and a brand new ACER double touch screen computer labtop. The computer cost 1/2 of retail price and it is fantastic. Shipped in less then a week and They still call to make sure everything is ok and I am satisfied. I bought a IBM computer from their electronics and its fantastic. They shipped with in 24 hrs and have called since then to make sure its satisfactory. I also purchased a Dyson fan after receiving a 25% off coupon after my first purchase. I recommend this vendor 100% - They are very good at customer service
It was a wonderful experience that will never be forgotten. Fast turn around, talked to them on the phone three or four times. They called to make sure everything was ok and called three weeks after product received to make sure it was still in good working order. Always send a coupon for 10-20% off your next order.
