We brought our lawnmower in for routine maintenance. When we dropped the mower off, on May 24 we were told it would take three weeks. Four weeks later, on June 21, we called to see if it was done. They were very rude and for ten minutes could not find our mower or ticket. Once they found the ticket, they said it would be complete that friday, June 25 and that we didn't need to call them, that they would call us when it was finished. June 25 came and went and we still did not hear from them. This morning, July 3, we called again. They said it was just completed last night and we could pick it up today. When we arrived to pick the mower up the owner and employee were VERY rude. They lost one of the bolts that hold the handle on, and were in no way apologetic about the loss or taking double the time quoted. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I finally got the mower and left the office the woman behind the counter slammed the door behind me.
