Cancelled appointment I've held for more than two months without my knowledge or consent, staff was completely unsympathetic and refused to fit me into schedule forcing me to take more time to get back to work, I suggest don't come to this place for care. They will screw you up too as they did it to other patients I heard

the front desk upon check in did not welcome us with a friendly greeting, the staff did not interacted with please and thank you. it took over an hour to be called in to come in to the room to see the doctor the front desk her name is PAULA was not attentive at all, did not listen carefully did not send do friendly send off, did not smile and "bitchy" and was not respectful at all to my relative whom I accompanied, her delivery of service was very poor, team members in front desk were not talking to each other, there was a young guy receptionist who was very inattentive to who was in the line, both front people never thanked for visiting, PAULA the person who handled us never maintained eye contact always looking at the computer instead of my relative who was being checked in, overall the team in this building from front people PAULA to nurse to the doctor MUNIMA NASIR and supervisor KAREN did not show sincerity at all, AND never the physicians in this place like this Pakistani MUNIMA NASIR was rude at my relative during care and rushed patient who was in pain, this doctor refused to check other health concern and told us she have other patients to see, did not recall even one time never saw this doctor wash hands prior to patient care or wear gloves very unsanitary practice so is the nurses in this place never wash their hands prior to patient care and unsympathetic to my relative's concern especially this doctor.it took so long 2 hours for this doctor from appointment time for my relative whom I accompanied only receive a very dissatisfied care. i highly would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor and this place for care. we spoke to Karen the supervisor of this site who also was very unsympathetic and was not interested at all to hear this concerns. she became hostile tone and she said to us"is there anything else I can help you?..i am very busy" we then proceeded to check out the personnel mentioned above took long to check out and to receive check out papers from PAULA again took long did not give necessary check out papers to go with us, this whole place sucks!!!! will take this to the PENN STATE ADMIN for further action.

I recommend going somewhere else for medical care. Only go here if you want the run-around from people and misinformation.
