They quoted a great price for more work that the others were offering. They started within a week and were done less than a week later. I know the owners personally and normally I don’t do business which people I know a personal level. However, I had a problem with my flooring in my home that another contractor did. I asked for an estimate and then hired them. I not one to brag but when I tell you they did above and beyond; WOW!! I wanted to know if I just got great service because I knew them. I was delightfully surprised and impressed when I found out from others that their work is alway above and beyond. Hire them. You will not be sorry!!!

They did an excellent job installing a picture window and door in my home this week. They were very polite and easy to work with. The best thing is that they actually show up on time, were available by phone and immediately returned my call which is rare in this area. I am very pleased.

I normally do not write reviews as I am a professional pessimist, however Simply Sweet Construction just finished a garage project for me and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish Mr. Ray was a stand up guy. Even though his crew was a little inexperienced with all of the aspects of building a garage Mr.Ray stood out and guided his workers and even took the time to explain to them each step of the process. This in itself is a rarity and goes to show the pride and dedication he has for his company and clients alike. He worked with sub contractors for the cement and block as well as multiple inspectors throughout the project. Any issues that arose were immediately rectified even when I changed the location of the windows multiple times he didn't bat an eye and reconfigured the framing to meet my needs without question. I have already started planning my next project and Simply Sweet Construction will be the only call I make as they are straight forward, honest, fair with pricing, and present an excellent finished project far exceeding code.

Have had this company work for us several times at both of our locations, Highly Professional, On time, and the price was very competitive. They have done work from flooring to drywall in my homes. The owner is very friendly and experienced in what he does, Teaches and shows his crew as they progress. I could not ask for a better contractor in my home. Top Notch and first class.

We have had this company do several jobs for us and we would have them do all our repairs knowing that we are going to get a good price and great work done. If anything should arise all we had to do is contact the boss who will get right on it and get it fixed. He is a pit bull when it comes to his company. His employees are very nice and well knowledged. There is a few guys who are still in the training phases or I would have given them a 5 in the expertise. The boss is very knowledgeable when it comes to this kind of work.as for the price Its super fair and he will get the job done right and you will still be able to buy the goodies you want for that fishing trip.

Good overall experience. I do painting myself but was overwhelmed with the amount if projects I have going on, received a quote set up an appointment and work was completed timely and professionally at a great price.

My mother called these guys for an estimate. They were to simply fix a few missing shingles.They came over and gave her a very good price. They said they could do it the next day. However after showing up they told her she needed to replace a larger section do to "rotted shingle". When she asked to have me come over and look at these shingles they told her they and already torn them off. When she refused to pay them for this , they packed up and left! We had rain scheduled that night! When I called them myself, I was very rudely told that they had no idea what I was talking about. They then told me to fax them a copy of her contract. THEY NEVER GAVE HER A CONTRACT! Then I was hung up on! I climbed up on the roof to find a huge section , about 10x30 removed, including Tarpaper. the wood below however looked fine. If the shingles had "rotted" would not the wood have been damaged as well? I had to call in another company and have them replace these shingles. (I will post a review on them as well) . Now I see more reviews popping up about these guys. None are good ! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I have not had this company do work.. I can say however I was looking into having them do some work on a home I purchased . When seeing their add on a local web site , I noticed they listed BBB member and Licensed on their add. My husband and I have had issues with contractors in the past so I went to the BBB site and looked for their membership. Finding nothing at all I messaged them asking for a link. I also asked for their NC license # so I could confirm they were licensed. I had to send two messages . I could tell thru the messaging service the message had been read 3 days prior. I did get a response that they were in fact NOT licensed, and the owner had no idea where his BBB page was. I looked and he had removed BOTH the BBB and License claim. I did however have a screen shot of the old add. My issue with this is he acted as if the add had never been changed ..Can you trust a company that misleads their customers? I would suggest being leery when trusting this company.
