0I have used Infravision services on two occasions to locate water leaks and diagnose their causes. Both times the results were as good as I had hoped.
There were leaks in one section of my home that were difficult to pinpoint and the Infravision process revealed the cause and the source. The result was that a fix was able to be implemented at a reasonable cost without damaging areas that were not involved.
We also had a high moisture level in a wall that was unexplained and the Infravision process provided the feedback needed to understand the extent of the problem and the reasonable cause. Upon remediation we found the Infravision diagnosis was correct.
Finally, a plumbing leak was found using the Infravision camera and investigative tools resulting in finding the exact point of the leak without having to disassemble any ceiling or walls.
All in all I have been extremely pleased with the results of the Infravision processes and it has saved me from costly trial and error renovations that otherwise would have had to have been executed.
Had a terrible musty odor coming from the attic space but no evident point of entry for water. I called InfraVision for help. Their state of the art equipment coupled with their many years of building experience enabled us to identify the causes of the odor.
