Provided by DexKnowsWas told $100 repair in person upon drop off for mower. Called by phone a few days later with double estimate of $200. When opted-out since mower is not worth $200 and showed up in person to pick it up they wanted to charge $40.00 for estimate (never implied or expressed previously). Left with a bill for a broken mower because of initial under-estimate. Will no longer be doing business with them in the future.

Provided by DexKnowsI would say that my experience here was overall excellent! The staff was easy to work with and they had my repairs done quickly. They didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing all the "gearhead" jargon.

Provided by DexKnowsDon't waste time or money...and it will be alot of money. Good luck trying to talk to anyone at the store, the cash register boy is horrible and has zero knowledge of anything. Well over priced. $80 dollar level 3 oil change does not include oil or the filter but they won't tell you that till you've waited three days while your bike sits there. If they give you a price quote, take they larger of the two and add a few bucks.

What a rip off. The little desk boy has no customer skills, won't talk to you and has no knowledge of whats going on. Over priced and poor work. $80 dollars for an level 3 oil change but get this...it does not inclued the oil or filter. When I get my truck oil changed they give it the once over, top off fluids and they only charge $30 dollars and that comes with oil and a filter. When they give you a price range to fix something (ex. $50-$75) expect to pay $78. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
