I recently visited Level Salon for my appointment an while I was waiting I witnessed very unprofessional phone etiquette. I am in the service industry myself and try my best to control my phone usage in our office. I witnessed a stylist answer her phone, look at texts, reply to texts, all while her client was in her chair. This was also done with the phone on full sound. I also witnessed several stylists sitting in the front area using their phones. I am not a new client but if I was, I would find this behavior highly unfavorable and doubt I would come back. I hope this review is helpful to the stylist at Level. I love the services I recieve and this will not deter me from going back. Love you guys!!Anonymous
