Perfectly Produce focuses on primary prevention efforts utilizing whole-foods based meal plans that increase diet quality and modify portion sizes. The concentration is on functional weekday cooking and simplifying the meal preperation process, thereby, increasing compliance to dietary recommendations. Perfectly Produce also provides education throughout the recipes by highlighting essential nutrients and potentially disease preventing bioactive compounds. The goal is to keep the nutrients in the contect of whole-foods versus the isolation of these nutrients in the form of supplementation.
