Outstanding service. I called on a Sunday and they arrived within a couple of hours. Josh was prompt, efficient and friendly.

They were on time, resolved the problem quickly and were fast in getting the job done. They were also clean and helpful in explaining the problem.

Our water pipe burst in the basement on Friday night. A plumber was in our house by 8AM Saturday and fixed it, turned our water back on and a water remediation expert was there Saturday afternoon with a scheduled clean up for today, Monday. This was during an extremely busy time after the polar vortex in MN when they had hundreds of burst pipes and calls to deal with. Bill was the plumber ensured everything was working, was friendly and good at his job and was especially helpful with tips to avoid this in the future.

Luke did an excellent job of working to get our frozen drain open. He called ahead of time and let us know that he was running late and approximately what time he would be here. Once here he immediately diagnosed the problem. We had thought the drain was just clogged, not frozen. He worked for several hours to fix the problem, and gave us tips for things to do to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
Luke's expertise and friendliness is just another reason we have always used Roto-Rooter for any of our plumbing problems.

We were very pleased with the quickness of the service. After a very long week of shuttling our three kids to school activities, practice and games, I decided to catch up on the laundry that had piled up. I threw a load in our washing machine and headed upstairs to start dinner. A short time later, my son yells upstairs, mom I think we have a problem in the basement. I ran downstairs to find our entire laundry room was flooded. Service went well, technician Darrell arrived promptly and solved the issue quickly, scheduling was easy. The cost is however ridiculous...$275 (and that only after a $50 coupon and some belly aching) for an hours worth of work (the job was not very tough), for a guy that was on his way home anyway, not like it was the travel, judging by the look of the equipment it has been bought and paid for for decades, how is this cost justified? I would not use again simply because of this....
