I would recommend Busybee and only Busybee. They won't rip you off or tell you things that you don't need, I was very impressed! I will be using them again.Mark came out on time and was very honest and thorough. He informed me that I was burning the wrong wood/fake logs, and all the chemicals/toxins I was allowing my family to inhale. He gave me honest advice and things I should take care of immediately and also things that are recommended.

It is so nice to work with professionals such as Mark. He came out, repaired our chimney, raised it up to meet code requirements; relined and repaired the earthquake damage; and topped it off with a Stainless Steel cap. He did not even go over his estimate, like others have done! He did a great job cleaning up, leaving no debris behind. I highly recommend him.

I am a fairly new home owner. The house that I purchased 3 1/2 years ago has a chimney which I enjoy using, however I am not very familiar with the required maintenance since I did not grow up with one. I found Busy Bee online via a google search. The reviews left seemed promising. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service. The lady who booked the appontment for me explained there would be a service charge, less the cleaning fees if it turned out that my chimney wasnt ready for a cleaning. I agreed as I wanted a professional opinion.
Mark, from busy Bee showed up exactly on time and did confirm that my chimney did not need to be cleaned. He could have very easily told me it did and charged me full pop.. I would not have known the difference!!!
This is where I was really impressed. The service call charge is something most companies charge if it turns out that no repair is needed, they typically collect the check and leave. Mark must have been at my home for at least a half hour inspecting the chimney, inside and outside, providing me valuable advice that would save me money, headache and even health issues!!! He provided me a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all questions I had. The appoinment left me feeling far more confident about using my fireplace properly!! Busy Bee is an honest company. You could tell that Mark was so passionate about whar he did and concerned for his customers, pockets AND safety!!!! Good job Busy Bee! Mark was completely thorough and knowledgeable about chimney cleaning. He not only did a great job, was quick and effectient. Took the time to intruct me about what products I should or should not burn to prolong the life of my fireplace. Gave me time frames for futuring cleaning to make it easier to remember.
