I love this store , always so helpful. I bring my bearded dragons in and they clip their nails for free! Have full selection on food for them and it's fresh.

Although I regularly shop here, they do some aspects right and some wrong. First of all, their tropical fish aren't fully healthy, and not all of their staff know about the fish. Other than this, from what I can tell, they do everything else right. If I could, I would rate 3.5/5 .

They are great and a have a lot of wonderful pets.

I purchased a cockapoo 2 days ago from this pet store and I am extremely happy with my decision. Not only were they kind enough to give her a bath before I came in (without a guarantee that I would be purchasing her), they even changed the first free vet visit to my current vet that I have always used. The first day I went in to see the puppy, they were very helpful and curteous. They answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction.



Also, just an FYI....a lot of people say never to buy a puppy in a pet store.....I wasn't going to, but I am very glad that I did. My vet told me that The Sand Bar Pet Shop has great puppies and you don't ever have to worry about it coming from a "puppy mill".
