My daughter and I shopped here for her wedding dress and it was definitely not the kind of service you want for her special day. The lady helping her try on dresses was very nice, however, in the middle of the fittings she started helping another customer and left my daughter standing in the dressing room. She apologized several times but I was very annoyed that she didn't have her undivided attention. The manager of the store walked by several times to check on us and never bothered to help! She was clueless!!! Needless to say, we left & went to a boutique where we were given all the attention she needed on her special day and we purchased her dress there. I know this is a chain but brides want to feel special on this day and customer service is important!!!

got a sales dress for 99.00. Absolutly beautiful. They even cleaned it and fixed some of the beading before I checked out. It was the quickest, most stress free process. i dont know about their alterations department but for just walking in and walking out with a dress, I was quite happy.

I ordered my wedding dress from them, and the girl that sold it to me continuously assured me they did excellent altering and I would have nothing to worry about. It was supposed to be fitted down a little past the waist. I go back to pick it up and something just seemed off. When I got home later that night and looked closer I could see the alteration lines were completely uneven, all over the place, bulging and it looks like she gave up half way down the dress!! I called back the next day they said "Sorry you signed for it, you're on your own" I could not believe my ears!! LUCKILY I was able to find a seamstress who could fix it for me in time, and when I picked the dress up from her she said she could not believe how much they had butchered the dress, and her 6 year old daughter could have done a better job. DO NOT LET THIS STORE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR DRESS!!! I just got lucky in finding someone who could fix mine in time, or else my entire dress would have been ruined!!!
