I would never recommend C & M to anyone. #1 - Terrible communication at their main office #2 - Day of duct replacement job, technician was scheduled to arrive 11-2 and showed up at 3:30, then proceeded to disconnect all my ducts (which took about 40 mins) and left and said he would be back the next day, which left me with no heat for the remainder of the night with lows of 40 degrees in November. I have no idea why he couldn't do the 30-minute disconnnect the next day with the rest of the job, so I would have had heat overnight. I asked him about it and he said thats what his office told him to do, and his manner indicated he didn't care. When I called the office to address it, they said a duct job could take 2-3 days and were rude and dismissive Really? No heat for 2-3 days? Simple duct replacement for a small 1000 ft home should be half a day job, and should have been done all at once, with no overnight heat shutoff. It was 60 degrees in my house after the heat was shutoff due

C & M are awesome! We had seen another company for an estimate before C &M, and their tech listed many problems for our unit and thousands of dollars worth of repair costs. C & M's tech, Rob came out and took about 10 minutes with our unit. Our AC is now fixed and the bill was only $80. The tech was on time, polite and was very professional.
