This course focuses on the employees and how to get and keep high levels of motivation, satisfaction, and performance."S.C.O.R.E. Performance Counseling" is a specific method of providing performance counseling with employees who consciously or subconsciously become deficient or defiant in the workplace. This method is called "S.C.O.R.E." because it is aSupportive, Clear, Organized, Redirection, Effort, that works because it helps the counselor and the counseled use participative goal setting and participative decision-making to focus back on acceptable performance to achieve the organizational goals.
