Perfection from start to finish. Ray is genuinely a nice guy who cares about people. His attention to custumer service is exceptional and his prices are very reasonable. Ray listens and offers great suggestions. He installed a radio and speakers in my 2005 BMW convertible. The work was flawless. He took time to explain how everything with the radio works. He repaired a rip in the leather seat and it looks like new ! He cleaned the carpets and brought them back to the original color. Auto Images is like a day spa for your car. Ray communicates with you the entire time he has your car. He is really unique. There is no reason to go anywhere else but Auto Images ! I look forward to bringing my cars there again.

This place is the worst. The customer service is a joke. Took my car there based on a rec from the dealership. Should have done my research first. They broke the part they were suppossed to install and refused to own up to it. Had to buy the part and pay to have it installed elsewhere. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he didn't break it when I watched him pull and tug on the part, until it broke and then tell me it was my fault because I bought a cheap part. Tis place is a joke. Stay away from here, unless you don't mind being treated like dirt.

He installed an automatic door opener on my 2012 Honda Odyssey and never had the sense, professionalism or decency to inform me that this install would DISABLE one of the sliding doors!!! He turned my 2012 Honda into a 1998 Honda!!! I have 3 kids and the sliding doors is why I bought the Odyssey in the first place!! I went to his dilapidated shop the next day to complain and he said he would take the system out the next day with a full refund. The next day came and he told my husband that he didn't like the way I spoke to him and that he would call the police if we went to get it un-installed (he didn't like that I was upset for losing the car for a full day and now would lose again for yet another day). He told my husband to sue him.....so we did! The judge clearly saw how ridiculous the situation was and found him liable to refund our money. Of course he ignored the court's order and we had to have the Sheriff's office handle the situation. It should also be noted that he put tint in another car a couple of years prior and they removed my car from the shop without my permission and the tint had dog hair in it.

They really do the best work. I've had several jobs done here over the years- tints, sound system w/ subwoofers, remote starts, and I honestly have been impressed every time. They really know what they're doing and they don't charge a ton like some other places do. Highly recommended.
