LAKEWOOD AUTO WRECKED MY CAR! Was having work done on my car after I hit a pothole....Lakewood put "new engine" in car "to fix car". Picked up and Cost was MUCH higher than quoted by Chet Dewitt. Basically $1000.00 Higher. Driving car home - WAS DOING SAME AS BEFORE "NEW ENGINE" (ended up being a catalytic converter problem AND...LAKEWOOD PUT A BAD FUEL INJECTOR IN ENGINE. ) Car towed and towed, after work done by Lakewood. I am having to pay for this towing as well! Then Chet shows up at my home, (he was supposed to have car towed again) "to drive the car..." told him it was not drive-able... and HE BUSTS THE ALTERNATOR BELT HE HAD PUT ON along with the pulley SO IT COSTS ME AGAIN and MORE! ....LAKEWOOD driving car, ran out fuel (I got charged for fuel - had a full tank), WRECKED MY CAR causing a lot of damage. Did Not report to Insurance, Police, ME.. Got car back wrecked glued and spray painted RED front! Like I wouldn't notice.Lakewood REFUSED TO GIVE ME EMPLOYEE NAME / INFO AS TO WHO WRECKED CAR- AND REUSED TO PROVIDE SHOP INSURANCE INFO. "NEW ENGINE" leaking oil, transmission leaking, radiator smashed leaking With wiring and relay melted, my 2 yr old battery leaking acid, car misfiring, Have old denigrating hoses, A LOT OF DAMAGE TO BOTH EXTERIOR inclusive of frame damage, AND INTERIOR OF CAR -HE REPLACED PARTS THAT I HAD JUST HAD REPLACED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (PART HAD LIFETIME WARRANTY) Got it back with destroyed door panel, trim, light covers, rubber, upholstery, dash, window, hood, engine motor mounts, paint and on and on. Took over 3000 photos and videos- all along since 2015.. when I saw car. Chet had taken to REALLY BAD BBB RATED "Body Shop" where he was NOT supposed to take car to "get it put back like it was.." 6 months went by with excuses and dates to be ready..found my car on side of road... NOT PUT BACK LIKE IT WAS BEFORE THEY WRECKED IT. STILL took me from Dec. 2015 to Oct 2016 and an attorney to get my car back! CHET "WOULD JUST WAIT ON A LAWSUIT" Exhaust was never "totally replaced" as they said it was (to justify cost of that bill) but is a falling down chopped up rusty mess as well! Lakewood had MY CAR from May 2015 to June 2015 - July 2015 - September 2015 -Dec 2015 to Oct 2016! BASICALLY THEY WRECKED MY CAR AND TRIED TO HIDE THE DAMAGE, or COVER UP DAMAGE with glue, silicone, and spray paint, and I paid Lakewood over $6000.00 to destroy my car. BILLED FOR PARTS (part numbers) THAT COME UP "DO NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE - ARE NOT FOR YOUR VEHICLE Wrong converter put on car....BEWARE!

I had a car there that was getting a major engine job done for an older car and have had nothing but problems afterwards. I went back 2x to him to get the issues fixed and still faulty results. In have less than 100 miles on my classic and the engine is falling apart after tons of money poured into parts. Very overwhelming. On top of the problems it took wayyyy to long for him to complete the work.... Months. He was a very nice fella but very unorganized and understaffed. I will never go back to him... Ever.
