Dr Riley is great. My wife and I met him at the gym, great to talk with and I feel great afterwards.

Dr. Riley comes to my gym once a week, to offer complementary massages. ( The Emerald City Athletic Club in Monroe). I made an appointment to see him at the Kaufman chiropractic office in Monroe because of an ongoing problem with my back. Dr. Riley reviewed x-rays with me, and after a thorough examination, he recommended a program to go to the root of the problem. The health program Dr. Riley put me on included exercise, massage, yoga and of course getting regular chiropractic adjustments. The philosophy he has is to go to the root of the problem, very professional and wanted me to get to optimal health. Kaufman Chiropractic really cares about getting me back to health, I have not felt this good in years and now I can run without pain. Thank You Dr.Riley and Kaufman Chiropractic. Will Mix

This office did chair massage at the Monroe High School last week for our staff, great timing since we were doing state testing. I was looking forward to it very much only to be stressed out and annoyed during my ten minute session. The office manager or receptionist (what ever her title is) was running her mouth the entire time about her kids and how she's a strict parent and other non important issues. She even answered the teachers lounge phone and made coffee asking everyone to try it and tell her how good is tastes. Unclassy to say the least. I saw her sitting on the lunchroom tables annoying other teachers trying to eat their lunches, and at one point got on her hands and knees infront of me in the massage chair as I'm being massaged to ask if I was snoring yet and was touching my hands. I was being massaged by their chiropractor and it was fine but it was so fast, too rushed and I left back to class more stressed. I could hear the real massage therapist next to me trying to talk with her client but the other lady was such a loud mouth the real lmp couldn't do an effective session. This clinic is new to the area and will not survive if this pushy, unprofessional, loud mouth of a person representing the company does not try to take everything over and chills out her personality. No one wants to be more stressed after a massage. I had wanted to take advantage of their $39 massage intro but when I called the office numerous times this week no one answered the phone and I could not leave a message. I have lost enthusiasm for pursuing a massage or chiropractic. I feel bad for the lmp since this unprofessionalism of her coworker is costing her clients and potential clients. Quite a few of us teachers and staff talked about our experiences on this day and the majority said the same.
